International Service Team Medewerker

To strengthen our team in the Netherlands, Oldenzaal we are looking at the earliest opportunity for an International Service Team Medewerker (fulltime).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will act as a point of contact for customers / stores via phone calls and emails
  • You will enter orders and follow up on deliveries
  • You will report to the head office in Germany
  • You will support to the various sales teams
  • You will be responsible for returns and preparing credit notes
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and handle daily invoicing
  • You will work with and for various countries; mainly the Netherlands, but also Spain, Ireland, Portugal and support the Scandinavian countries as well

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and German language
    as well as basic knowledge of English language
  • Work experience is not a requirement, but it is a plus
  • You work smoothly with MS Office
  • You work accurately and administration is completely your thing
  • You are multifunctional and can set priorities
  • You enjoy working in a Team
